I don't outline. I generally keep the plot in my head and fill in the details as I go along. But everyone works differently. Try different ideas and find what's best for you.

I believe the the book is aimed at the YA audience. I rate it PG or PG 13.

Actually my publisher, Booktrope, paid for all the editing though Janna is amazing.
