DOS doesn't really have much in the way of instructions, you might find the Unix shell commands have a little more commands that you can use to express things, here is a description of a Unix shell command list

DOS commands tend to be verb noun (noun) e.g.

COPY c:\location\filename.txt c:\newlocation\newfilename.txt

MOVE, DELETE are similar

to execute a program, you just use its name so that might not be apparent but you can put CALL in front e.g.

CALL evilpurpose.exe
