As C.F. has noted, you ARE allowed to copy and reuse these types of articles, as long as you include the author resource box (which she did). When one submits their articles to article marketing sites, they agree to let anyone copy and reuse their content as long as the author resource box is also included. It is a viral form of marketing, as now that author has been given a free backlink. However, this is only true for these very specific types of sites. It is NOT OK to copy and paste content without permission, even RSS mash-up blogs (which are automated these days primarily for affiliate marketing).
