What honey doesnít realize is that Myers is a paid NSA operative posing as a mild-mannered advertising man with a love for music and the six-string. Couple of kids, pretty wife (whoís probably a lawyer&#128556 living in a quiet suburb. Perfect candidate.

Everybody who PMís me thinks Mohican is the NSA shill, but naw, heís too obvious.

My wife was a preschool teacher, not a lawyer -- but a lot of the same skills apply.

Yeah, but now anything you say can be construed as evidence that you work for the NSA and are trying to dampen our freedoms😀

Preschool teachers are infinitely more sympathetic than lawyers.

You guys ever talk to each other on phones? Really. I mean. That would be funny but I don't know what to think anymore about anybody. I just suffer with it silently and act normal most the time.

Sometimes the academy gets it right and sometimes they get it wrong. Art, as is said, is subjective.

Oldamn, Mcdormand and Three Billboards were not the oscar worthy picks of the year.

Renner, Olson and Wind River were far more worthy of such accolades.

If you have not seen Wind River I recommend it.

I saw it. Didn't like it.

I can appreciate a movie that uses dark humor and violence to explore the darkest sides of human nature -- and while truth can be stranger than fiction -- it needs to be plausible enough on some level and the characters need to remain true to themselves. And weirdness and eccentricity in and of themselves isn't necessarily interesting.

"Fargo" is probably the best example of what this movie was going for -- and it fell way, way short. McDormand's character was the moral center of that story -- this movie doesn't really have one or anyone you can root for.
