Challenge #45 - You're About To Be Schooled! (Original Challenge)
It seems like everyone has started (or is about to start) school again! So for our new challenge...
Write a story about a first day of school--BUT--it must be in 2nd person, present tense.
Writing in 2nd person is probably the least common in stories. It's when a character is referred to as "you," instead of "I" or someone's name. Present tense is using "is" instead of "was," or "kick" instead of "kicked," etc.
You walk through the halls, searching for your crush from last year. Disappointment fills your head, as you cannot find him anywhere. Then, as you walk into your first class, you see him sitting there . . . with the only open seat right next to him . . .
*The above is just an example, don't feel like you have to use it at all!*
Good luck, class!

Challenges are primarily for fun. Members are certainly welcome to comment and, in fact, here's where the "I loved it!" comment would be appropriate, but in-depth critiques are not necessary.
Submissions should be made as new threads with Challenge #45 in the title. Example: Challenge #45 - You're About To Be Schooled! (Please feel free to use your own title.)
Comments should be made in the respective threads. You don't need to participate in the challenge in order to comment on work presented.
