Default Favorite Books

Is there a book or series that you have read so many times that you know almost everything about it? A book that you have to read at least once a year or turn to when you have nothing else to read?

For me it is Patrick Rothfuss's Kingkiller Chronicles.

Harry Potter obviously!!

Series aside, books that I read more than once:

The Time Traveler's Wife - Audrey Niffenegger
The Perks of being a Wallflower - Stephen Chbosky
The Picture of Dorian Gray - Oscar Wilde

I've only read Harry Potter once and don't really desire to read it again. Besides that I haven't read any of the others, though I do want to read The Picture of Dorian Gray and I know the story of the other two.

I also haven't read the Godfather

I approve. I am listening. The hour is yours. But of course you may use the lighter. Only reach for it slowly and keep in mind my warning. Do not be deceived by my good nature. I am as serious as a sheet of flame."
