Default oubliette

life underdeveloped
is like a
little scallop
without water
to wallop
under threats
it would carve on a stone
fossilisation is
home
an oubliette could foam.

LOL Gabriel you read my poems haha I am somehow flattered. Not many like what I write.
However I am intrigued by your avatar picture. Who is that? I like it a lot.

The very famous lady in the picture is Lauren Bacall.

Now - go google her and report back with the name of her most famous movie and co star.

I have just googled her but there is no mention of her most famous movie.
Why have you taken to her?

Your research methods are appalling Nacia, just appalling!

Google 'LAUREN BACALL biography'...suppliment with 'LAUREN BACALL photos' and store the information in your head for later.

You can't go through life not knowing who Lauren Bacall is!

Mo did my avatar for me - if I'd left him free range, I'd have the face of Barbie Doll right now....look what he did to Brian!

Mind you, I've got used to his cheesy grin and man-bun now - brightens yer day up.

Because it makes no sense in context?

Well, you mixed metaphors first of all; but how did the oubliette fit in? Was the clam in a dungeon? It was one metaphor too far, it just jumped the shark. I get it, that we are all in some sightless dungeon and that reality is a shadow on the wall- but you had already spent your metaphor quota twice over, so it seemed silly.

Ugh, you are so incompetent it is irritating because you have ideas. This is an interesting idea, but then you fuck it up.
