Default Prompt # 25 - Those Who Have Walked These Halls Before . . . (original prompt)

I'm a day off. Sorry! Meant to post this up yesterday.

Here's a new prompt for you to try out:

You're moving to a new house. Write about the people or person who once lived there.

* * *
No word limit, though shorter pieces tend to get more attention. Submissions should be made in new threads with #25 in the title of your thread (#25 - Old Man What's-His-Face).

As always, comments and helpful advice in work posted are encouraged. Please post comments in their respective threads. You do not have to participate in the prompt in order to comment on work presented.

I have a cunning plan. Please forgive, but my plan is purely self motivated. Simply put, personal worries and stress = no writing for a while. But, no writing for a while = personal worry and stress. So I'm committing. I will write a story on this. It may be rubbish, it may be forced, but I think I need to risk embarrassing myself in front of you guys in order to break the cycle. Ahem, well, will post when done. Sorry if I'm taking advantage by using the site to flog myself on.

Ta guys . Is it wrong to wish ill upon you so that I may someday cheer you on in return?
