Default What do you use for article formatting

Hello all,
Im getting some article rejection notices from a couple of submittal sites.
Its for improper formatting.
I usually write in notepad. Then I copy and paste it into a web page to format it.
web-source.net/format_text

Is there a better way to format correctly?

Take care,

Use Wordpad instead of Notepad. It retains formatting better.

Or if you have it, use Microsoft Word.

Thanks,
I put the article in question in Word and it works for that particular site.
The other zillion sites I submit to have had no problem so far.
Take care,
You guys are great by the way, thanks for the quick reply.
