Default Marketing activity

I have been asked by a large marketing organisation to ask this question. The large marketing organisation are going to feed the results from this question into a Markovian chain to create a super-consumer.

Anyway here goes;

Which of the following would you prefer and why?

1) To travel back in time to a period in your own life with all the knowledge you know now (you will essentially be in your body back then and not be able to escape back to the present)
2) To travel back into time with everything you know now but be in a different person's body (start afresh as a baby still retaining all that you know)
3) To travel back into any period of time and place with all the knowledge you know now but be in a different person
4) To re-start as a baby in this day and age but retain all your knowledge (born in 2017 and remember everything from your current life)
5) To re-start as a baby in any other time (including the future) and place
6) To have what you have currently but with a bit more knowledge
7) To have what you have currently
8) Any other combination of the above

Number 1 definitely. Holy crap I'd get laid!

And still be young enough to really enjoy it.

Hmmm, that's a good question, I would like "To travel back in time to a period in your own life with all the knowledge you know now (you will essentially be in your body back then and not be able to escape back to the present)".

I have retained heaps of useless sporting knowledge that I could use to gamble and I roughly know what comics are worth heaps more nowadays, and I might swing past Harvard and give Zuckerberg a couple of thousand dollars when his friend leaves him hanging, and I know a few things about this-and-that that I could use to show off at parties.

I think my chances of scoring in the past would improve if I know the stuff I know now. And I will definitely keep away from such-and-such considering what eventually happened. But maybe I will run into another person similar to such-and-such and have the same event happen. That is the scary thing, if my life just went all Terminator 3 or 12 Monkeys. Have I grown as a person?

Shallow? Yeah. I'll cop to that.

I realize now I coulda totally had Julie McMasters at that party in 1984. Don't know why I didn't see it then. I'm still kicking myself.

Oh no, I wouldn't think that was shallow, world peace is still yet to be invented, and usually if a person tries to implement their version of utopia on the rest of the world they tend to just screw all of humankind, it would be good if all people just had a bit of agency and were allowed to eke out a bit of meaning, and besides, most of our biology has evolved to make us rooting machines (and even more so if the age we went back to was in the early teens).

I remember this girl, not her name, just her face, and I remember we were so close to screwing each others brains out. And I was held up when I went to her birthday party one year and arrived a bit late and she had already had a few to drink and was sitting next to this guy on a chair, and I mis-read the whole dynamics of this situation. I thought her and this guy had already got together, but I found out later it wasn't the case. And I remember years later a friend was talking to me about her, and asked how we went, and that was when I found out the dynamics of what was going on back at that party. Anyway apparently she had moved on and got pregnant and had a kid.

Ah yes, number 9. Number 9 is maximum number of reincarnations a person is allowed, I think. At least that was what I was told, if a person adds up their birth date they can tell how many times they have been reincarnated, for example,

01/02/3456

1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 = 21

2 + 1 = 3

Therefore a person born on 01/02/3456 has been reincarnated 3 times. Using this process of addition the minimum number can only be 1 and the maximum number can only be 9. Thus, when a person is reincarnated 9 times they then, 'leave this plane', or something else (I can't remember)...

Similar to cats

I don't know about eating my shit, but being subjected to my shit is part and parcel of Writersbeat nowadays, back in the day, there would be other people on this site that people could distract themselves with, nowadays though, ho ho, even if no one reads it I can still feel good knowing Google robots are sucking it up as fast as I am making it.

Google spends, apparently, a lot of money on servers and cooling, to collect and store all the internet, I am curious as to how much expense goes into saving shit that is on the internet nowadays. For example, ads, imagine how much of Google's storage and cooling costs are due to advertisements that they use to pay for storage and cooling costs.
