Default A little problem

It might be something I'm doing, but when I send double-spaced work into the fiction thread, its saved as single. I know it's easier on my eyes if the work is doubled spaced and I was wondering whether the fiction thread allows it?

I have the same problem. My text can be double-spaced in Word, but it comes out as single-spaced when I cut-and-paste. The only fix I know of is to manually correct the spacing. That's a pain to do line by line, but if you put a space between paragraphs, it is much easier to read. Sorry I can't be more help.

Cheers. I guess I was just after a lazy way to do it...

Not lazy, just easier. But I don't think anyone has found one yet. Boo hiss.

I also have a problem... it's relevant, too.

Whenever I go to a mirror, I see an ugly person... I say, where's myself? The incredibly good looking person? Eh?

Admins, Mods, Greenies... your job. So fix it!

Sorry, can't fix that one, SW. (Kidding!) Can't fix the other one, either, actually. That happens to me, too, and when I go back to edit the post for some reason, it messes all up again. *sigh*

Hah!

The greenies have failed! I know the truth... and really, I do - I'll tell you all when you come and admit your wrongs...

On the other hand, I'll just tell you.

Below, I've done two spaces:

It should come out as one, maybe not.

See? It doesn't. So why not try writing something... with white?

Two spaces below! Strange, eh? Now highlight it...
I totally
kick ass
And now the only problem is the white is too white.

Let me experiment... using spaces in each return:

[EDIT: Hey, it works! Ah, Fiction, you say? I'll try there]

Sorry, SW, but I'm a writer, not a plastic surgeon.

No, that's not right... 'you' are 'Gregory House'. Get 'Laub' to do it for me, and fast... otherwise, fire him!
