Can't really say about reading because, ever since I was a kid, I loved to read
As for writing - Nabokov's "Lolita", which I read in Russian. I would call it a one of a kind experience, because I've never seen something as disturbing, yet beautiful at the same time. He was a genius, one of the most skilled author I've ever seen.
