Default 100 words story

Here is a story with 100 words. Feel free to add yours, just a fun little exercise. Happy Friday.

Steven had too much power in his current job. Being part of the management meant that he decided who to hire and who to let go and it made him happy. One day he was supposed to find a new sales person but no candidate had the experience he was looking for. Finally he decided to take a chance on a young woman with no experience but with lots of passion and a charisma he had never seen before. She turned out great but little did he know she would destroy his marriage and make him beg for her attention.

A new guy read Dominika's story start and missed his turn. As he tumbled into a ravine of incomprehension Rogerio Truscante was finishing the paint work on his Golden Hind replica.

"Now for the name on the stern" he mused.

"What shall I call her?"

"Hmm."

"I've got it!"

The Lickin' Kitten

Now off to the bar and get enough drunks to make a crew.

Power, Stephen thought, was an addictive drug. Its high was mitigated by the hard crash of responsibility. This small derision of hiring this hungry kid indebted her to him in a way that he could never repay. And yet the debt would seduce him to the edge of despair.

The man didn’t realize he was supposed to write a new short story so instead he continued the first one. That mistake cost him a lot when the saucers came and kidnapped him. The space pirates poked him tirelessly and just as they were about to make him walk the plank he shouted “Look at that!” pointing behind them. The pirates, having never heard that before, turned around, shocked, allowing the man to run away. He quickly found a ladder and climbed down, back to Earth. He had learned his lesson and never made that mistake again.

His hands were tied to the arms of the treadmill and he was very tired. The thought crossed his mind that this punishment was a bit extream for such a small infraction. But time went bye and the speed increased. He grabed arm holds and kicked with both feet the cross brace which broke away from the machine. He was ejected aginst the wall behind. He got up and staggered away.

Blaxwell had his first lobotomy in 1976. He liked it so much he had another one in 1980. Large sections of his brain were swept aside in favour of a more minimalist approach.
There’s a lot of empty space inside Blaxwell’s skull today. But if you ask him, more space means less clutter. “Err, Err, Err”, he says.; and you know he means it. For Allan Blaxwell is a new man. A twinkle in his eye. A train of saliva down his shirt-front. A leap and a hop, and he’s down in the kitchen sampling Gladys Heartattack’s new jam scones.
